The Pan-African Alliance for the Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship (ALPADEF) was created in 2008 to help women in the Sahel, in France or locally, in their entrepreneurial endeavours or in the creation of income-generating activities.

The association is well known in the Rhône-Alpes region (France) and has several projects, including the training centre in which Gnilman is involved. By offering part of its premises for the training of women, the association and Gnilman are helping individuals and families. A part of the funds collected by the camp is reserved for it in order to contribute to the continuity of ALPADEF’s actions.
